The Shuttle Star SV550 BGA Rework Station and the SV560 BGA Rework Station are
truly the best BGA rework machines on the market. This Soldering Station uses top and bottom
heaters for hot air soldering, and has an infrared perimeter heater. The
combination of heaters allows for very even heating of the largest circuit
boards. This SMD Rework Station comes complete with a Soldering Kit that
includes: Solder Balls, Stencils, Flux, and a Reballing Fixture. Totally
self contained with internal air and vacuum. Just plug in to a 220
volt single phase outlet and your ready to go!
