BGA rework and BGA repair including BGA x-ray services and repair of damaged BGA pads and lands. Repair of BGA solder mask damage and BGA reballing. BGA Circuit Modification.

BGA Rework Services:  $150.00 minimum order, Standard 1 week turn, Quick turn fees apply.
Remove BGA Component    $ 50.00 ea.

Install BGA Chip                  $125.00 ea.
Exchange BGA Chip            $150.00 ea.
BGA Reballing Services: Standard 1 week turn.
$25.00 to $50.00 each
